Erin Reeves McGinnis has found a way to take her corporate governance practice and apply it to pro bono work. McGinnis first started volunteering for Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta in 2011, when she presented a webcast on directors and officers insurance for nonprofits. Since then, she's worked on similar matters with nonprofit clients, which include Voices for Georgia's Children and Special Pop's Tennis.

"Erin has done an extraordinary amount of work in delivering the end product. [She was] very professional and flexible in helping our organization become more organized and efficient," Jim Hamm, the director of Special Pops Tennis, told the Georgia Bar Journal. In her everyday practice, McGinnis focuses on securities transactions.
