Nelson Mullins attorneys Erin Kolmansberger, right of poster, and Melissa Gomberg, left of poster, presented four roundtable discussions at The CenterForce USA Women in Law Summit Series: Women, Diversity & Change conference on Nov. 6. They discussed "How Women Lawyers Can Advance, Connect, and Empower Each Other," at a roundtable discussion. Also attending were Bethany Pandher and Daniela Ferro, left of Gomberg, and Sara Klco and Kimberly Freedman, right of Kolmansberger.
Kolmansberger and Gomberg work together with two other female litigators on high-stakes commercial litigation cases. Their team-based approach promotes efficiency, and clients recognize their exceptional work product, attention to detail, and successful outcomes—both legal and financial.
Beyond their practice, the women support each other in and out of the office by crediting each other’s support for their individual success. They help each other ACE it (advance, connect, and empower). Their goal with this roundtable is to help other female attorneys ACE it as well.
Kolmansberger practices in the areas of complex commercial litigation in federal and state trial courts and before arbitral panels. She represents clients ranging from entrepreneurs, receivers, and small businesses to Fortune 500 companies in major litigation, including TCPA class actions, FINRA arbitration, and breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, and breach of contract actions.
Gomberg has experience handling complex litigation matters. She has served as trial counsel in state and federal court jury and bench trials and has appealed multiple matters before the Third District Court of Appeal.
