Peering into the Crystal Ball: New Trends & Theories in FCA Investigations and Enforcement

Gabe Imperato will sit on a panel at the State Bar of Georgia Health Care Fraud Institute on Dec. 6. Also on the panel, moderated by Thomas Barnard of Baker Donelson, are Bethany Rupert of King & Spalding and Michael Sullivan of Finch McCranie.

The panel will cover recent trends and theories in FCA investigations and enforcement and will be held at 2:30 p.m. at the State Bar of Georgia Bar Center.
