Nelson Mullins partners Bart Daniel and Matt Austin will be presenting at the Cambridge Forum on Civil & Healthcare Fraud Enforcement Forum, held October 19-21 at The Hermitage in Nashville. This forum will focus on enforcement matters including investigations and defense of healthcare fraud cases looking at both the criminal and civil side.
Along with Sidley Austin's Scott Stein, Daniel and Austin will hold a candid, seminar-style discussion identifying trends and developments across the United States for meaningful dialogue on the most pressing and provocative issues of the day.
Daniel is a first–chair veteran trial lawyer and is past president for the National Association of Former United States Attorneys. His practice focuses on both complex commercial and white collar litigation, along with government and internal investigations.
Austin focuses his practice on healthcare and white collar litigation. He has previously served as both Assistant United States Attorney in the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of South Carolina, and as Assistant Solicitor in South Carolina’s First Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
