Nelson Mullins Atlanta Partner Gina Greenwood will participate in Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics' (SCCE) 2023 Regional Compliance & Ethics Conferences in Tampa. The event will offer networking opportunities, educational sessions on the latest news in regulatory requirements, enforcement, and compliance and ethics program strategies, and offer the opportunity to earn Compliance Certification Board (CCB) continuing education units (CEUs). 

Greenwood has more than 20 years of experience in assisting clients across the industry spectrum in compliance, prevention, response, and defense of investigations and claims regarding data privacy. She will participate in the panel discussion of "Data Privacy and Security Pitfalls: Staying Alert in 2023", where they will discuss lessons learned from ransomware defense, breach notification, and the countdown to July 1: the next wave of state privacy laws.
