Raleigh-based Nelson Mullins associate Matt Gorga will participate as a moderator at the North Carolina Bar Association's 2023 Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Law Section Program in February. The event is focused around topics and issues lawyers may deal with in complex business disputes. Panelists from the event that Gorga will be moderating include these judges of the North Carolina Business Court: Chief Judge Louis A. Bledsoe III (Charlotte), Judge Adam M. Conrad (Charlotte), Judge Mark A. Davis (Raleigh), and Judge Julianna T. Earp (Winston-Salem).
Gorga practices in the areas of civil litigation, with a focus on commercial and complex business matters. Prior to joining Nelson Mullins, Matt served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Gregory P. McGuire and the Honorable Mark A. Davis at the North Carolina Business Court in Raleigh, where he drafted judicial opinions and conducted legal research on a wide array of complex business, insurance, tax, and employment disputes.
