The Senate and the House passed H. R. 1, The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (renamed “An act to provide for reconciliation pursuant to Titles II and V of the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2018”) on December 19 and 20, 2017. The President is expected to sign the bill.
