Solley Elected Vice President of Southern Employee Benefits Conference
ATLANTA -- Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough partner Kathy Solley has been elected vice president of the Southern Employee Benefits Conference effective for a one-year term beginning immediately. She formerly served as treasurer.
Ms. Solley practices executive compensation, employee benefits, and ERISA law. She has worked with public and private companies and their employee benefits needs for more than 30 years, including as in-house counsel with a large electric public utility in the northeast and then with a large, publicly traded multinational corporation.
The Southern Employee Benefits Conference was incorporated in 1969 to function exclusively as an educational organization in the field of employee benefits. The conference was organized by and for plan sponsors, their advisors and other professionals active in the employee benefits industry.
