Nelson Mullins Partner Tim Madden Elected to Upcountry Museum Board of Directors

MaddenGREENVILLE, S.C. (Sept. 8, 2011)Timothy E. Madden, managing partner of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough's Greenville office, was recently elected to the Upcountry History Museum's Board of Directors.

Mr. Madden was one of five new members elected to the board by the museum at its August meeting. He will serve a three year term.

Mr. Madden also holds several other positions of leadership throughout the state. He serves as the director of Welvista, the chairman of the South Carolina Education Lottery Commission, and is a member of the Palmetto Bank's Greenville Community Advisory Board.

Mr. Madden's previous community service includes the Greenville County Transportation Committee, the South Carolina Transportation Infrastructure Bank, and the South Carolina Student Loan Corporation.
