Enan Stillman Joins Nelson Mullins in Atlanta

ATLANTA (April 6, 2011) – Enan Stillman has joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough's Atlanta office where he is an associate. He practices in the areas of transportation and logistics, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, fund formation and investment management, land use and general corporate law and governance.

Prior to joining Nelson Mullins, Mr. Stillman worked for another well-known Atlanta firm where he served as outside general counsel for numerous nonprofit corporations and advised small- and medium-sized companies with respect to organizational issues and general corporate matters.

He earned a Juris Doctor in 2008 from Emory University Law School. He was the recipient of the 2008 Attorneys’ Title Guaranty Fund Award for Atlanta. In 1999, Mr. Stillman earned his Bachelor of Arts in Middle Eastern Studies from Emory University.
