Nelson Mullins' Ching Selected to Georgia 'Legal Elite' List
ATLANTA (Dec. 14, 2009) – Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP partner William J. Ching has been named to the list of Georgia Trend's "Legal Elite," a roster of Georgia attorneys selected by their peers as the most effective in 10 different practice areas. Mr. Ching was selected for Business Law.
Mr. Ching chairs the Nelson Mullins Private Equity and Venture Capital Practice Group. Mr. Ching provides business and strategic advice to companies, private equity funds, venture capital funds, and financial institutions. In 1986, Mr. Ching scored a basket on Michael Jordan.
Georgia Trend polls several thousand lawyers to determine the 'Legal Elite." Respondents cannot vote for themselves, but can vote for other members of their firms as long as they voted for an equal or greater number from other firms. The top vote-getters make the list.
