Brian Drozd Joins Nelson Mullins in Charlotte
CHARLOTTE (Aug. 2, 2011) – R. Brian Drozd has joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough's Charlotte office as an associate. He practices in the area of intellectual property with a focus on patent preparation and prosecution work.
Mr. Drozd has gained training mainly in electrical and computer technologies. Mr. Drozd earned his Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UNC-Charlotte and then went to Duke University where he earned two Masters Degrees: a Master's of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Master's in Engineering Management. He was an electrical engineering research assistant while at Duke, specializing in electromagnetic field matter, including researching, building, and testing various antenna designs. Mr. Drozd earned his Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
