Nelson Mullins Makes Partnership, Of Counsel Promotions in Atlanta
ATLANTA (Jan. 4, 2010) -- The partners of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP have elected Atlanta attorney Keri Chayavadhanangkur to partnership and Natalie Brunson to "of counsel." The two formerly were associates.
Ms. Chayavadhanangkur represents clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, private placement and public offering transactions, public securities reporting activities and other general corporate issues including contested proxy solicitations. She also advises financial institutions.
Ms. Brunson practices in the areas of business litigation, product liability, and pharmaceutical and medical device litigation.
