Robert McWilliams Jr. Joins Nelson Mullins in Charlotte
CHARLOTTE (Oct. 7, 2009) -- Robert H. McWilliams Jr. has joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP as an associate based in the Charlotte office. Mr. McWilliams practices intellectual property law.
Mr. McWilliams earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, in 2009 from the University of South Carolina School of Law. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, cum laude, in 2006 from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
He is the author of "Negligent Entrustment in South Carolina: An Analysis of South Carolina's Consistent Application and Inconsistent Statements of the Standard After Gadson v. ECO Services of South Carolina Inc.," 59 S.C. L REV. 633.
