We are delighted to host a small, well-rounded Summer Program in the Greenville office of Nelson Mullins. Located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, the Greenville office is in the center of South Carolina's fastest-growing high technology and manufacturing area. Summer associates in the Greenville office work with all teams during the course of the summer, allowing them to experience a broad range of practice areas including Employment and Labor, Product Liability, Commercial Litigation, Banking, Intellectual Property, Tax, and other Corporate work.

The Greenville office generally hires fewer than 10 summer associates, fostering a close working relationship between the summer associate and the attorneys in the office. Social and recreational outings such as hiking, rafting, dinner parties and baseball games allow summer associates to get to know our attorneys outside the office.

The Greenville office hosts a 12-week program, beginning mid-May and ending the first week in August. Students may be offered full or half-summer employment.

Current Summer Associate Salaries: $1,300 per week for First Year Summer Associates; $1,500 per week for Second Year Summer Associates.

We hire our summer associates in a variety of ways. Nelson Mullins' South Carolina offices conduct on-campus interviews at USC, UNC, Duke, Vanderbilt and Virginia. We also participate in the Southeastern Minority Job Fair and the Southeastern Law Placement Consortium. Our IP Practice Group conducts on-campus interviews at Franklin Pierce Law Center and the Patent Law Job Fair in Chicago, Illinois. Nelson Mullins' South Carolina offices will also accept resumes from students who are unable to participate in on-campus interviews.
