• the public offering of stock of leading Internet service provider
• the secondary offering of stock of a leading Internet service provider
• general representation of numerous corporations involved in broadband and wireless telecommunications, broadband Internet service providers, and satellite communication providers

On many occasions, the Firm has represented providers of telecommunications services in drafting and implementing legislation. Our attorneys also have experience in representing telecommunications providers and other regulated entities before state regulatory bodies. Nelson Mullins currently represents telecommunications providers and other infrastructure industries in litigation matters ranging from labor and employment disputes to complex business litigation to toxic tort defense. Our corporate and regulatory experience includes representing clients in matters involving long distance competition, Internet service providers, competitive local exchange services, and negotiation of interconnection agreements between wireless service providers and local exchange companies.
