          The General Assembly recessed today and will not reconvene until Tuesday morning.   After many hours were expended over the weekend working out various Budget details, there were additional Budget hearings held by the Senate Appropriations Committee in an effort to work out many of the items of the FY 2001 Supplemental Budget. As you would expect, many advocates for groups which obtain State funding were working the halls.
