Dru Frazier Joins Nelson Mullins’
Litigation Team in West Virginia
Huntington, W.Va. (Aug. 9, 2017)–Michael Drury “Dru” Frazier has joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP as an associate in the Huntington office where he is a member of the litigation team.
Mr. Frazier will focus his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, class actions and mass torts, railroad law, appeals, and healthcare litigation. He has previous experience as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Chief Judge Robert E. Richardson of the Eleventh Judicial District, the Honorable Cheryl A. Eifert of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, and the Honorable Menis Ketchum of the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals. Mr. Frazier is a member of the Southern West Virginia Chapter of Trout Unlimited and a volunteer at the Huntington Cabell Wayne Animal Shelter.
Mr. Frazier earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in History from Miami University and a Juris Doctor from West Virginia University College of Law.
