Winston Marosek, a staff attorney with Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP, practices in Greenville in the areas of family law and general civil litigation.  A member of the South Carolina Bar, Ms. Marosek is also admitted to practice in all courts in the State of Montana, including the United States District Court for the District of Montana.

In 2005, Ms. Marosek earned a Juris Doctor from The University of Montana School of Law.  During law school, she was the intake editor of the Montana Law Review and also a staff member.  In 2001, Ms. Marosek earned a Bachelor of Arts in English, cum laude, from Wake Forest University.
