Susan P. MacDonald is a partner of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP in Myrtle Beach where she practices in the areas of product liability, litigation, and business litigation. She has extensive first chair experience in tort, real estate and banking litigation.

A member of the South Carolina Bar, Ms. MacDonald is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina. A member of the American Bar Association, S.C. Defense Trial Attorneys Association, and South Carolina Women Lawyers, Ms. MacDonald recently completed an eight-year term on the City of Myrtle Beach Planning and Zoning Commission.

Ms. MacDonald earned a Juris Doctor from Duke University in 1986 and a Bachelor of Arts in political science, magna cum laude, from Furman University in 1983.
