Sean Faulker is of counsel to Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP’s Greenville office. He focuses his practice in real estate matters, including the sale, purchase, lease, development, and financing of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

A native of Easley, Mr. Faulkner is a title insurance agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company and represents sellers, purchasers, lenders, and developers. Mr. Faulkner is also experienced in litigation and dispute resolution involving real estate matters, commercial collections, and mortgage loan defaults. He serves as outside counsel for several lending institutions in the Upstate.

Prior to entering private practice in 1996, Mr. Faulkner served as Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Larry R. Patterson, State Circuit Court Judge for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit.

A member of the South Carolina Bar, Mr. Faulkner is also a member of the American Bar Association and the Greenville County Bar Association.

Mr. Faulkner earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina in 1995. While in law school, he served as law clerk for the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control, Office of General Counsel.

In 1991, Mr. Faulkner earned a Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, from Lander College.
