Robert H. Jordan is a partner of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP. He practices in Charleston in the areas of product liability, insurance, and commercial litigation.

A member of the South Carolina Bar (Young Lawyers Division), Mr. Jordan is a member of the American Bar Association and the Charleston County Bar Association. For four years prior to joining Nelson Mullins, Mr. Jordan was affiliated with another leading law firm where he gained experience in all aspects of civil defense litigation.

Mr. Jordan earned a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1997. During law school, he was research editor for the Real Property, Probate and Trust Journal. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in European History from Washington and Lee University in 1993.
