Ms. Caver earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2007.  While in law school, she served as articles editor of the ABA Real Property, Probate and Trust Journal and was a member of the Order of the Wig and Robe. In 2007, Ms. Caver was the recipient of the CALI Award in Russian Law and Legal System. Ms. Caver earned Bachelor of Arts degrees, magna cum laude, in Political Science and Psychology from Clemson University in 2003.

Ms. Caver is a member of the American Bar Association, the Richland County Bar Association, the South Carolina Women Lawyers Association, the South Carolina Captive Insurance Association, and the South Carolina Economic Developers Association.
