Peter Strand is an associate of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough who practices in the area of corporate and securities law.
A former summer associate of the Firm, he has experience in matters related to public and private offerings of debt and equity, bank compliance, mergers and acquisitions, securities laws and contract disputes. He has worked as a legal research assistant to Professor Steven L. Schooner at George Washington University Law School and as a research assistant in the economics department at Davidson College.
He earned his Juris Doctor in 2008 from George Washington University School of Law, where he was a George Washington Scholar and a member of the Corporate & Business Law Society. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from Davidson College in 2005.
