Meghan Pridemore is an associate attorney in Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough's Raleigh office, where she practices in the area of bankruptcy and creditor's rights.

Prior to joining Nelson Mullins, Ms. Pridemore served as law clerk for the Honorable J. Rich Leonard of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina from January 2009 until July 2011. 

In May 2009, Ms. Pridemore published the article Tides, Torrens, & Family Trees – Heirs Property Preservation Challenges, in the American Bar Association,  Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law's Property and Probate Magazine.

Ms. Pridemore earned her Juris Doctor in 2008 from Valparaiso University School of Law. During law school, she was a Moot Court Society Member and a research assistant for Professor Linda S. Whitton.  In 2004, Ms. Pridemore earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Leadership Studies summa cum laude from Peace College and was the recipient of the Outstanding Baccalaureate Graduate Award. As an undergraduate, she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
