Kimberly N. Renaud is an associate of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough’s Greenville office who practices in the areas of business and commercial litigation, product liability, and bankruptcy.

Prior to joining Nelson Mullins, Kimberly was a law clerk for the Honorable John E. Waites, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Carolina. Kimberly was also a Nelson Mullins summer associate.

She earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of South Carolina in 2010. While in law school, she served as an academic tutor and on the editorial board of the South Carolina Law Review. She earned CALI Awards for Torts I, Criminal Law, Wills, Trusts and Estates, Civil Procedure II, Real Estate Transactions I, and Federal Practice.

Kimberly earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management, magna cum laude, from Clemson University in 2004.
