Keri F. Conley is an associate of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP who practices in Atlanta in the areas of healthcare and regulatory law.
Ms. Conley is admitted to practice in the State of Georgia and is a member of the State Bar of Georgia (Health Law Section), American Bar Association, American Health Lawyers Association (Regulation, Accreditation and Payment Practice Group), Atlanta Bar Association, and the Georgia Academy of Healthcare Attorneys.

Ms. Conley counsels clients on various healthcare and regulatory matters, specializing in Medicare/Medicaid enrollment and reimbursement issues, private payor/managed care contract negotiations, fraud and abuse (including state and federal physician self-referral and kickback statutes), and the structure and formation of joint ventures, professional service agreements, management service agreements and the like. She also represents clients in state legislative and administrative hearings, medical staff matters, and certificate of need litigation.
Active both in her profession and in the community, Ms. Conley serves on the Board of Trustees of Georgia Health Decisions, a non-profit organization which seeks to educate Georgians about healthcare issues, stimulate discussions that activate a sense of community responsibility for healthcare, and listen to citizens in order to communicate their voices to policy makers. She is also a founding member of the Atlanta Bar Association's Disaster Response Committee and co-author of the recently published Fundamentals of Health Law, Chapter 3 – Medicare (4th ed. 2008), and Georgia Pandemic Influenza Benchbook (2008). Prior to beginning her career as an attorney, Ms. Conley was a practicing physical therapist and remains an active member of the Georgia Chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association.
