Kenneth C. Bruley, a partner of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP, practices in Atlanta in the area of intellectual property.
A member of the State Bar of Georgia, Mr. Bruley is admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Atlanta Bar Association. Prior to joining Nelson Mullins in 2004, Mr. Bruley was associated with another leading Atlanta law firm.
In 2000, Mr. Bruley earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law where he was a member of the editorial board of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law. In 1991, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering, with merit, from the United States Naval Academy. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Bruley served in the United States Navy from 1991 until 1996. During this time, he attended the Naval Nuclear Propulsion School and served as a nuclear engineering officer aboard the U.S.S. California.
