Jennifer Ison Cooke is an associate of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP who practices in the area of healthcare law. A member of the South Carolina Bar, she is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Richland County Bar Association, and the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys' Association.
Ms. Cooke is the author of "Comment, Discretionary Warrantless Searches and Seizures and the Fourth Amendment: A Need for Clearer Guidelines," 53 S.C. L. REV. 641 (2002).
In 2003, Ms. Cooke earned a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina where she was a member of the South Carolina Law Review, the Order of the Wig and Robe, the Student Bar Association, and Women in Law. She received CALI Awards in Employment Discrimination and Real Estate II. In 1999, she earned a Master of Social Work from the University of South Carolina, and in 1997, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from The University of the South.
