Jeff Patterson is a partner in the Boston office of Nelson Mullins where he represents clients nationally in the areas of Intellectual Property, Antitrust, and Consumer Finance Litigation. Jeff also serves as a member of Nelson Mullins Executive Committee.

  • U.S. Bank Natl. Assn. v. Schumacher, 467 Mass. 421 (2014) (Supreme Judicial Court decision overturning dozens of Massachusetts trial court decisions which had required strict compliance with statutory right to cure notices pursuant to M.G.L. c. 244, § 35A)
  • Bose Corp. v. Ejaz, 732 F. 3d 17 (1st Cir. 2013) (affirming award of $350,000 in damages and enjoining defendant from further use of plaintiff's trademarks and resale of gray market electronics products abroad)
