Experience

• Assists clients with developing strategic worldwide patent portfolios
• Practices in many phases of intellectual property law, with an emphasis on patent preparation and prosecution of electrical, mechanical, and computer systems
• Manages clients’ U.S. and foreign intellectual property needs with his industry and international experience
• Fluent in Korean and works extensively with Korean companies
• Developing control software and hardware for office equipment exported worldwide
• Preparing, prosecuting, and licensing of patents in the fields of wireless communications, optical communications, navigation systems, medical devices, green technologies, bio sensors, semiconductor devices, and computer software and hardware
