Erin R. Stuckey is an associate of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP who practices in Columbia in the areas of complex commercial litigation, product liability, and trust litigation.
A member of the South Carolina Bar, Ms. Stuckey is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Richland County Bar Association, and the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association.
Ms. Stuckey earned a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2006. While in law school, she served as Senior Articles Editor for the ABA Real Property, Probate and Trust Journal and she was a student member of the John Belton O’Neall Inn of Court. In 2006, Ms. Stuckey was a recipient of the CALI award in Domestic Relations, and the ABA Real Property, Probate & Trust Journal award for best student comment. In 2003, Ms. Stuckey earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, magna cum laude, from the University of South Carolina, where she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
