Crystal C. McCall is an associate of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP who practices in Greenville in the areas of business litigation, product liability, consumer financial services litigation, aviation, and other complex civil litigation.  She represents some of the nation’s largest airlines, as well as manufacturers of pharmaceuticals, transportation industry products, home appliances and other personal consumer products.  She also has experience in contracts, premises liability, and consumer finance actions. 

A member of the South Carolina Bar (Young Lawyers Division), Ms. McCall is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina.  She regularly appears in jurisdictions in the Midwest and Eastern United States. 

Ms. McCall is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, the Greenville County Bar Association and the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association. She also currently serves on the Board of Counselors for Erskine College and has been involved with various organizations and initiatives focused on helping underprivileged, abused, and neglected children. 

In 2004, Ms. McCall earned a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she served as Associate Articles Editor of the South Carolina Law Review and received a CALI Award in Real Property. In 2001, Ms. McCall earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Erskine College.
