Christina M. Jacuzzo is a partner of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP and practices in Charlotte in the areas of corporate law, telecommunications, and finance. Ms. Jacuzzo also serves as a member of the Firm's Diversity Committee and is an active pro bono advocate.

A member of the North Carolina Bar, Ms. Jacuzzo has experience in lending transactions, business and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and transactional tax matters. Ms. Jacuzzo works on a broad variety of lending transactions, representing both financial institutions and borrowers, including asset-based lending, syndicated lending, and real estate lending.

In addition, Ms. Jacuzzo has acted as outside general counsel to a number of companies and has a broad range of corporate experience providing legal guidance regarding commercial contracts and corporate matters including transactional matters, securities matters, joint ventures, corporate governance and compliance programs. She has also assisted in the formation and restructuring of a variety of business entities.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Jacuzzo was associated with another leading national law firm and a leading international accounting firm. Her experience also includes working on-site at a public company as its sole in-house counsel.

Ms. Jacuzzo is a member of the American Bar Association (member, Business Section), the North Carolina Bar Association (member, Business Section), and the Mecklenburg County Bar Association.

Ms. Jacuzzo earned a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1999. During law school, she was a member of the Order of Wig and Robe and she received the John Belton O'Neall Scholarship and the CALI Award for Interviewing, Counseling, and Negotiation. She also was a member of the ABA Real Property, Probate and Trust Journal Student Editorial Board. Ms. Jacuzzo earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with honors, from the University of South Carolina in 1992.
