Bradley J. Denson is a partner of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP who practices in Atlanta in the financial institutions group and the real estate group. He has extensive experience in commercial real estate, structured finance and servicing matters.
He is counsel to several national financial institutions in the areas of commercial real estate lending, warehouse lending facilities, master servicing work for securitized loans and special servicing work for loans in default. His financial institutions experience includes working in-house with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.
Mr. Denson represents commercial real estate developers in connection with the acquisition, the development and the disposition of multifamily, retail, office, hotel and industrial properties. He has worked on several large mixed use development projects.
He also represents his financial institutions clients and his developer clients in foreclosures, workouts and forbearance agreements, in short sales, and in the purchase and sale of discounted notes and real estate. Mr. Denson has worked on numerous failed residential subdivision development projects involving lots, townhomes, condominiums and resort communities.
In 1995, Mr. Denson earned a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law. He earned a Juris Doctor in 1993, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics in 1990 from the University of Florida.
