Bill Foster leads the employment practice in the Firm’s Greenville, South Carolina, office. He focuses on advising and defending management on all issues of employment law, human relations, employee benefits, and immigration on a local, regional, and national basis.

    • non-compete and trade secrets agreements and related litigation

  • Has defended clients in jury and non-jury cases in state and federal courts in South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia
  • Has argued cases in the S.C. Court of Appeals, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals
  • Works with Firm clients on numerous employment law and employee benefits class actions
  • Defends clients in allegations of sexual abuse
  • Frequent lecturer for both industry and legal forums
