Elizabeth M. “Beth” Alexander is an associate of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough with a corporate practice focused on securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and bank regulatory matters.

She earned her Juris Doctor in 2008 from the Charleston School of Law, where she was Chief Justice of the Moot Court and on the Executive Board, and was a member of Women in Law, Children’s Law Society, and the 1L Experience Commission. She earned a CALI Award in Business Associations and Pleadings & Practice.

She earned a B.A. in Spanish and International Relations, magna cum laude, in 2003 from Elon University. She also has studied abroad in Costa Rica and Toledo, Spain.
