Ashley White is an associate of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP who practices in Columbia in the areas of litigation and product liability. Ms. White has experience in pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, automotive-related product defense, and industrial-related product defense.

Additionally, Ms. White has substantial experience in addressing electronic discovery issues, focusing on the development of document retention policies and practices as well as inventorying electronic data for various clients.

Ms. White earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 2007 from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she was senior articles editor for the ABA Real Property, Probate, and Trust Journal and participated on the Moot Court Bar as the Associate Justice of Competitions and as a member of a competition team. Ms. White also was a member of the Order of the Wig and Robe. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in History in 2003 from Elon University. While attending Elon, Ms. White conducted historical research in London and the Czech Republic through her involvement as a Social Science Scholar.
