Aisha S. Lusk practices in Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough's Columbia office in the area of litigation. A member of the South Carolina Bar, Ms. Lusk is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Richland County Bar Association and the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys' Association.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lusk was a law clerk for Judge Jasper M. Cureton of the South Carolina Court of Appeals. From 2000-01, she clerked for U.S. District Judge Matthew J. Perry, Jr. of South Carolina.
In 2000, Ms. Lusk earned a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law where she received CALI Awards in Insurance and Entertainment Law. She was a member of the Black Law Students Association and a student member of the John Belton O'Neall Inn of Court. In 1997, Ms. Lusk earned a Bachelor of Arts in English, summa cum laude, from Jackson State University.
