New York (August 10, 2011) -- As Research in Motion Inc. fields police requests for information about how rioters in London coordinated their activities through BlackBerry Messenger, the smartphone maker will need to be careful about what it hands over in order to avoid legal backlash from users who expect their information to be kept private, attorneys say.
